RETURNS POLICY
Currently we have 3 days return policy. In case you have any issue with the product received, the same must be informed to us through Contact Us page; with in 3 days of order receipt. Kindly mention your order ID in the message.

Kindly note that 'size change request' and 'Item not liked' cases will be considered for resellers only. Also, sale and discount section articles are not covered for replace and refund requests.
Please note that the product(s) should not be opened and should be with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

Our Customer Support (CS) team will connect with you and understand the issue.
On cancellation done, we will process the refund within 72 hours from the cancellation request.
Once the refund is processed, it shall reflect in your bank account within 8-10 business days.
Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, the cancellation request must be submitted within 4 hours of placing the order. Once request is received, we will initiate the refund within 72 hours. Once the refund is initiated, the amount shall reflect in your bank account within 8-10 business days.
